1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. We'll let you know when your order ships. During busy periods there may be delays, and we'll tell you by phone, WhatsApp or email if so.
2. Delivery times and charges
- Standard delivery: about 5–7 business days.
- Express delivery: about 2–3 business days, at an extra charge.
Delivery charges are confirmed when you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and can vary because of weather or courier delays.
3. Where we deliver
We deliver across India, to more than 100 cities. We don't currently ship internationally. For bulk or special orders, please contact us.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking number so you can follow your parcel on the courier's website.
5. Delivery problems
If your order is late, lost or damaged, tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at plasmidsindia@gmail.com or +91 94668 59160. We'll work with the courier to sort it out.
