1. Returns
You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it if:
- it is unused and in its original packaging, with all labels intact, and
- you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to return an item

- We'll review your request and send you return instructions and the return address.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us. We recommend a trackable service.
- Return shipping is paid by you and is not refunded, unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
3. Refunds
We'll inspect the returned item and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Items returned in their original condition get a full refund.
- Damaged, incomplete or altered items may get a partial refund.
- Delivery charges are not refunded, unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
4. Exchanges
If your item arrived defective or damaged, we'll exchange it for the same item at no extra cost. Contact us with your order details.
5. Late or missing refunds
Check your bank account first, since processing can take time, then contact your bank. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us.
6. Items that can't be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns of perishable goods, personal care products, or gift cards and promotional items.
